Quote Machine: encode LMS’s standard rate logic into an automated layer so any team member can produce a draft quote in under 2 hours, down from the current 48-hour cycle. Survey Tool: clients photograph their rooms on any smartphone to estimate move volume without a physical visit or video call. Pay-per-use at $20 per completed survey, no monthly subscription.
Both signed off June 22. Build begins this week. Estimated 20 hours of build time for the Quote Machine.
