Months 2–3

Conversion-optimised website with AI chatbot, WhatsApp follow-up sequences, Google Business Profile optimisation, and a live analytics dashboard. Enquiries handled 24/7, every lead tracked to source.

Accounting Upgrade + Automation

Months 1–3

Current process audit, tool recommendation, setup, and staff SOPs. Invoice automation, expense tracking, BIR alignment. 30-day health check in Month 3.

  • Scope additions outside the deliverables — quoted separately

Commercial Terms

Engagement starts immediately on signing; Month 1 payment triggers kickoff.

Months 2 & 3 billed in advance on Day 30 and Day 60.

Pass-through costs billed at cost, with prior notice — no markups.

Early termination: 30 days’ notice by either party.

Deliverables belong to LMS; underlying methodology remains fCAIO IP.

AI outputs are advisory and require human review before material decisions.
