Months 2–3Conversion-optimised website with AI chatbot, WhatsApp follow-up sequences, Google Business Profile optimisation, and a live analytics dashboard. Enquiries handled 24/7, every lead tracked to source.
Accounting Upgrade + Automation
Months 1–3Current process audit, tool recommendation, setup, and staff SOPs. Invoice automation, expense tracking, BIR alignment. 30-day health check in Month 3.
LinkedIn Marketing
Months 1–3Page audit, brand-voice framework, content calendar, and outreach setup. Built around 47 years of LMS expertise and the market position LMS is taking.
LMS Intelligence
Months 2–3A custom AI system trained on LMS’s own operations, pricing, clients, and workflows. Live dashboards for jobs in progress, quotes outstanding, and revenue. Full handover with staff training.
Engagement Review & Roadmap
Month 3Formal end-of-engagement session. Every KPI measured against goals set at signing. Full impact report across all seven deliverables. Forward roadmap for the next 90 days.

KPIs are not all-or-nothing. A 40% weighted hit is the floor for any bonus.
Delivery Model

- ✕Scope additions outside the deliverables — quoted separately
Commercial Terms
Engagement starts immediately on signing; Month 1 payment triggers kickoff.
Months 2 & 3 billed in advance on Day 30 and Day 60.
Pass-through costs billed at cost, with prior notice — no markups.
Early termination: 30 days’ notice by either party.
Deliverables belong to LMS; underlying methodology remains fCAIO IP.
AI outputs are advisory and require human review before material decisions.
