The Platform Decision
One question unlocks the answer. Here's the complete picture.
Decision Gates
4 of 5 answeredBridge layer first, full replace in Phase 2
Replacing Move Manager, platform TBD
Seasonal: <20/mo off-season, >50/mo peak
Voxme (ATG standard) + HomeSurvey.ai for AI volume
Waiting on Gordon Bell, Gerry to email ATG HQ
One question decides this.
What software are the Singapore and Hong Kong offices running?
Asian Tigers Group requires all member companies to connect via API. LMS has already missed this deadline. When Gerry asks Gordon Bell this single question, the shortlist collapses to 1 or 2 platforms, and we move immediately.
The recommended stack
Four layers, each plays a distinct role. Voxme is the inventory layer that sits on top of the TMS, not a TMS itself.
Core compliance spine: ATG network, FIDI-FAIM, OMNI Tonnage, BOL, multi-currency (PHP native). Gates the ATG compliance deadline.
ATG-standard inventory layer, natively integrated with Moveware. Not an AI-survey tool (explicitly anti-AI survey). Use HomeSurvey.ai for AI volume estimates.
TMS-agnostic async AI survey. Replaces error-prone video-call estimates. Already decided, activate this week regardless of TMS outcome.
Custom build: OSA/ORIS + MATT agent-rate cache. No off-the-shelf TMS solves this. Required regardless of which TMS is selected.
Three Scenarios
The ATG answer collapses the decision tree immediately.
ATG names Moveware
→ Moveware + Voxme. Adoption is compliance.
Moveware is ATG's confirmed production TMS, Voxme's own docs name 'Asian Tigers' as a live Moveware + Voxme client. If Gordon Bell confirms this, the decision is made and migration planning begins immediately as a Phase 2 engagement.
ATG has an open REST API spec
→ Moveware still wins on intl-HHG fit. Build a Make/n8n bridge (~1 week) for instant ATG compliance without replacing Move Manager yet.
Even with an open API, Moveware's FIDI/OMNI/ATG depth beats every alternative for LMS's international HHG profile. The bridge buys time for a clean, unpressured migration.
ATG timeline extended / no spec yet
→ Bridge Move Manager to ATG API now (~1 week fCAIO build). Full TMS evaluation proceeds on a calmer timeline.
The floor scenario, LMS reaches ATG compliance regardless of which TMS is eventually chosen. This is already in motion.
Live-Demo Head-to-Head: Movegistics vs Reedge
Updated July 16, 2026Both finalists have now been demonstrated live to the fCAIO team, Movegistics on July 8 (with Butch and Bojick attending) and Reedge on July 16. This is what each actually showed, not what their websites claim. Note: Reedge now markets itself under the name "Reach"; we keep the name Reedge throughout for consistency.
| Feature | Movegistics | Reedge |
|---|---|---|
| International moves module | Incomplete: no agent pre-alerts, house BL, airway BL, or intl documents yet. Promised before the IAM conference, Oct 2026. | ✓ WinsComplete and demonstrated: international templates, origin/destination agent work tickets, shipment and container tracking. |
| AI survey | ✓ WinsBuilt in (2026): customer films 15-30s per room via a web link, AI returns volume, weight, and risk flags for rep review. | None built in by design; integrates specialist survey tools (Survey Pro, video survey live; Jambo committed before go-live). |
| Philippine Peso support | Confirmed. | Confirmed live in demo: PHP selectable, exchange rates refreshed hourly and locked per order. |
| Data privacy (GDPR) | Not compliant yet, on their roadmap for 2027. A live risk against the Asian Tigers regional privacy agreement. | ✓ WinsCompliant today. Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Netherlands, two-factor login. |
| Invoicing and finance depth | Invoicing and payments present; depth not yet demonstrated. | ✓ WinsDeepest shown: cost vs selling price per service, partial invoicing, recurring storage invoices, approval workflow, credit invoices, payment links. |
| Connectivity for the AI copilot roadmap | API available; some integrations need workarounds; terminology is fixed and not customizable. | ✓ WinsAPI-first: every record type is accessible, including tasks. Product owner confirmed the staff AI-copilot use case is feasible. |
| Warehouse management | Available as a paid add-on. | ✓ WinsBuilt-in module: locations, capacity tracking, warehouse invoicing. Full walkthrough scheduled for the follow-up demo. |
| Reporting and tonnage | Not yet demonstrated. | ✓ WinsFull Excel export plus Power BI connection; tonnage and reciprocity reports already built for other clients. |
| Track record | ✓ WinsLive since 2010, 500+ moving companies. | Founded 2018, first version 2022; no public reviews yet. |
| Mobile survey apps | ✓ WinsiPad app today (iOS only, Android end of 2026; browser works meanwhile). | Via partner apps (separate license). |
| ATG head-office compliance | Unproven, no FIDI/IAM footprint found. | Unproven, FIDI ties historical. Wildcard: the Asian Tigers Indonesia office is independently evaluating Reedge in parallel. |
| Contract and pricing | No long-term contract, flexible, add-ons priced separately. | Published pricing, lowest entry cost of all platforms evaluated; enterprise tier custom. |
Reedge wins where LMS makes its money. 70-80% of LMS business is international moves, and Reedge's international module is complete and shipping today while Movegistics is still building theirs (promised October 2026). Reedge also leads on data privacy (GDPR), invoicing depth, and system connectivity for the AI copilot roadmap. Movegistics leads on its built-in AI survey and longer track record, and the survey gap is closable: Reedge integrates external survey tools and has committed to a Jambo integration before LMS would go live. Both remain subject to the ATG head-office API answer.

MovewareATG's confirmed production TMS. Voxme names 'Asian Tigers' as a live Moveware + Voxme client. Best intl-HHG depth: FIDI-FAIM, OMNI Tonnage reports, BOL, MoveTransfer. Zero AI in the core, AI lives in the layers above it. | ✓ | High | Enterprise, custom quote (quarterly billing) | ✗ | Enterprise-gated, no public reviews | 42 | Likely ATG mandate |
EDC MoveStarReal intl-HHG TMS with MERCED AI layer (LLM compose, OCR, translation). US data residency may create PH DPA/NPC exposure. Open-REST only. | ✓ | Medium | Demo required | , | Limited public reviews | 28 | Best if open API |
MovegisticsDemoed live Jul 8: standout built-in AI survey, PHP confirmed. International module incomplete (promised Oct 2026), GDPR on 2027 roadmap. See head-to-head above. | ✓ | Medium | ≈ $299/mo flat (unlimited users) | ✓ | 4.1/5 (limited reviews) | 30 | Best if open API |

ElromcoCRM layer only, cannot replace Move Manager. | ✗ | Low | Demo required | , | 3.8/5 (40 reviews) | 16 | CRM layer only, not a TMS |
What fCAIO Does This Week
Regardless of the ATG answer, work begins immediately. LMS will be ATG-compliant and pipeline-ready within 2-3 weeks.
Move Manager → ATG API bridge
Build Make.com/n8n connector between current Move Manager and ATG's API endpoint. LMS becomes ATG-compliant in ~1 week, regardless of TMS outcome.
Activate HomeSurvey.ai
TMS-agnostic AI survey layer ($20/survey). Already decided, configure, test, and go live. Removes the video-call under-estimate problem immediately.
